We manage transportation networks from a smartphone and the cloud! Adapted to meet the needs of all environments, our solutions help local authorities and bus companies to geolocate buses, manage fare collection, provide passenger information and offer a range of innovative services, all in real time.
We are growing fast: 40 people and 80 networks in mainland France, the French overseas territories and Canada. Ubitransport is expanding its teams and regularly seeks new Deployment Project Managers.
Your job / responsibilities:
Working within the deployment team and in close conjunction with the technical teams, you will be involved in operational activities for deploying our solutions with our clients and supporting projects during the training period.
You will manage the client relationship in conjunction with the technical department.
⦁ Development of the deployment strategy: scheduling, data collection, coordination with client teams, delivery management and follow-up, solutions configuration and data import / creation.
⦁ Management of training, operational running and ridership tests.
⦁ Monitoring of geolocation and sales, malfunctions and corrections, network audits.
You will advise your clients on their change management strategy.
⦁ Improvement or deployment of new tools.
⦁ Management of quality process and continuous improvement in client satisfaction and service quality.
⦁ Reporting.
You have / are:
5 years’ post-secondary education and ideally an international background or experience in the transport sector
⦁ 3 to 5 years’ initial professional experience
⦁ service-oriented client contact
⦁ rigour and organisation
⦁ adaptability and responsiveness
⦁ willingness to listen and support others’ learning
⦁ excellent written and spoken French
⦁ motivated, independent and curious
⦁ Category B driving licence required for regular travel in France
Proficiency in English or a 2nd language would be an advantage for international deployments.
